Hosta 'Lookin Pretty'

A non-registered cultivar from Q & Z Nursery (Mark Zilis), this hosta is a reversed form of H. 'Sitting Pretty'. It forms a small mound and bears bright purple flowers in July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...no doubt that 'Lookin Pretty' is very similar to 'Junior Miss' since both are chimeral reversals of 'Sitting Pretty'..."

These 2010 photos come from the Ralph (Herb) and Dorothy Benedict Hosta Hillside, tours and vendors at the 2010 American Hosta Society National Convention in Minnesota, Wade and Gatton Nursery and Arboretum, Toledo Botanical Garden and the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.
