Pests include all those living organisms larger than microscopic in size, that cause damage to plants. From slimy slugs to despicable deer, these creature feed on our plants or cause havoc in our gardens.

Although there are many approaches to controlling these critters, perhaps the most effective is to alter the environment. Each animal has certain requirements for habitat that must be met for them to thrive and multiply. It is not always feasible but finding a way to make our landscape less desirable for these critters will be the best long term solution.
